We have created a distinctive concept. UNO will become a bright new landmark in the city centre. Our first project, the VALO apart-hotel complex, taught us that guests choose impressions first of all.

Income programme
Depending on the category (floor area), the projected income per room is 62,000 to 101,000 RUB a month, or 14.4 to 15.5% a year (allowing for capitalisation and wear of the furnishings).
We use the pooled method of income distribution, which suits an apart-hotel perfectly. A share of the total revenue of investors is divided between you and the other apartment owners, and the profit is split according to depending on the floor area of the apartments you own. This transparent approach removes the human factor from the income: when one investor's room is occupied to the detriment of another.
